Comrades of West Bengal, India

CPM learns its lessons after decades. Sometimes they refuse to learn. It took long time for them to accept they were wrong on Netaji. It took 2 decades for Jyoti Basu to say " I know communism but unless we master American efficiency we will achieve nothing". It took one decade to mention that not becoming Prime Minister of India was a historic blunder. There is one more blunder they are doing of which they are just not aware that is not doing anything for the sate which is electing them decades after decades. They must learn from Political Parties of Tamilnadu. These bunch has no ideological hung ups. They are after Power. Always one major party is in coalition with Power to be in Centre. They have the key Ministries and they use their influence for the betterment of the state. Brings in industries, prosperity, better healthcare, freebies. On the other hand CPM MPs of West Bengal always chosen the easy path. Stay our of Power. That way they need not work, need not deliver and can blame the Centre for every happenings in state. They are showing of their Power in every "Para" (Nukkad) of the state where anyone opposing CPM can be in serious trouble. But when it comes to actually using the Power against Mamata's gang they did nothing. They had to play the real politics and save Singur. They just failed. Only thing saving CPM is absence of a credible opposition.

Election in India

Election is in the corner. What is the attitude of majority of educated and busy executives ? They are very busy. Many of them are not in the electoral roll. They don't have time to get enrolled. Its like a rabbit hiding in sand pit thinking his ass is also covered. It is not directly hitting them. Thanks to Jaagore.com, I am energised and had applied to get into voter list. Eagerly waiting for the outcome and I will vote. I am also checking if there is any one with criminal background in http://www.nocriminals.org site. If I get a chance, would like to ask candidates if they understand what our Constitution says related to Politics and Religion. I did not know till I was teaching civics to my son in VIII std. He asked me whats the diff between Indian secularism and US secularism. We must respect our constitution. Stop the hate campaign of the likes of Advani,
Modi and Rajnath. Varun is a pawn (of course rotten one). We took 10+ years to overcome Golden Temple episode. Babri Masjid divided india like anything. Babri and Gujrat has created a mess that gave rise to all these recent Bomb blasts across India that no one is safe. What did we gain by demolishing Babri Masjid ? Did it improve the living condition of majority Indian ? How did it help BJP or Hindus to be proud of after 20 years ? Since childhood we are taught 1 finger is week but the fist having five finger is very strong. When will our Politicians learn that? They will learn when we make them understand. It is time to kick ass of all criminals and opportunist politicians especially BJP. We should also not vote people above 65. Then we will get the likes of Karnataka CM and Karnataka Home minister who are out of touch with reality.
